About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Python AI Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing engineering team. You will work on developing scalable AI-driven applications, integrating LLM frameworks, building APIs, and deploying ETL pipelines in a cloud environment. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services & microservices using Python and FastAPI
Build and optimize AI/LLM pipelines leveraging frameworks such as LangChain
Design, develop, and deploy ETL workflows for both batch and real-time data
Work with structured and unstructured data sources including SQL and NoSQL databases
Integrate and manage cloud-based infrastructure (preferably AWS)
Collaborate with Data, ML, and DevOps teams for seamless deployment
Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance code through testing and code reviews
Monitor and improve system reliability, performance, and automation
Document architecture, design decisions, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience




2–3 years of qualified experience as a Backend / AI Developer
Solid proficiency in Python
Expertise in FastAPI (or Flask/Django with willingness to switch)
Practical experience working with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks
Hands-on experience developing ETL pipelines
Experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, ECS, EC2, etc.)
Familiarity with messaging/event systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ is a plus)
Positive understanding of both SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Elasticsearch) databases
Version control using Git
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to Have
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Prior work with pretrained AI models and API-based AI integrations (OpenAI/LLM providers)
