Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Helper to join our team in Sanand, Gujarat. The candidate will assist skilled workers with day-to-day operations, material handling, loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean and safe work workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians, welders, fitters, and other production staff in daily tasks.
Load, unload, and move materials within the workplace.
Arrange tools, equipment, and materials as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Support machine operators and production teams during operations.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
Perform general labor and other assigned duties.
Requirements
1 years of experience as a Helper in a manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, or industrial setting.
Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
Basic understanding of workplace safety.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
