About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our Online ReputationManagement (ORM) team as Jr. Associates. This role is ideal for final-year students and freshers who are passionate about social media, digital communication, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
● Monitor and manage customer interactions across social media platforms.
● Draft and publish qualified, accurate, and timely responses to customer queries.
● Escalate customer concerns to the relevant internal teams whenever required.
● Maintain response records and prepare basic reports using Microsoft Office.
● Follow standard response guidelines while ensuring quality and consistency.
● Stay updated with social media trends, platform features, and customer engagement best practices.




Eligibility
● Final-year students or freshers from any discipline are welcome to apply.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital communication.
● Basic knowledge of Online Reputation Management (ORM) or customer response management will be an added advantage.
● Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
● Valuable typing speed with solid attention to detail.
● Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
