Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership
Lead architectural design for residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
Drive concept design, schematic planning, design development, and construction documentation.
Ensure creative, sustainable, and functional design solutions aligned with business objectives.
Maintain design quality and consistency across projects.

Project Planning & Execution
Coordinate with engineering, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design teams.
Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Ensure projects comply with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Support site teams during execution and resolve architectural and design-related challenges.

Regulatory & Compliance Management
Ensure compliance with local building regulations, zoning laws, fire safety norms, and statutory requirements.
Liaise with government authorities and consultants for approvals and clearances.
Review and approve authority submission drawings.

Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with developers, project managers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Participate in client presentations and design review meetings.




Provide architectural guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Sustainable & Smart Design
Integrate sustainable design practices and green building concepts.
Promote energy-productive and environmentally responsible solutions.
Support smart building and future-ready infrastructure initiatives.

Team Leadership
Lead and mentor architects, designers, and drafting teams.
Establish design processes, standards, and best practices.
Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA).
15+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Strong experience in real estate and construction projects.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
