Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Manage and monitor sales performance across multiple clinics.
Lead, train, and motivate clinic sales counselors and managers.
Develop strategies to increase memberships and treatment package sales.
Track lead generation, conversions, and customer retention.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Analyze sales reports and prepare performance dashboards.
Conduct regular visits to clinics for performance reviews.
Coordinate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns.
Recruit, coach, and evaluate sales staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Experience in wellness, healthcare, beauty, fitness, or slimming clinics is preferred.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
