We're looking for Tele callers who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a rapid-paced workplace. The Tele callers will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service.
At least one year experience in telecommunications or any previous tele sales experience (preferred).
Graduation or equivalent
Able to speak English fluently, Hindi speaking will be an added advantage
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls
Convert qualified leads into sales
Strong business telephone and customer service skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed client/customer expectations

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
