Urgent Requirement of South Indian Sous Chef.
Job Responsibilities :
Assist the Executive Chef in planning, organizing, and supervising kitchen operations.
Oversee food preparation and ensure dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards.
Supervise and train chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
Delegate tasks and manage workflow during busy service periods.
Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently and on time.
Monitor food quality, taste, and portion sizes.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
Need Immediate Joiners.
Candidate should be south Indian or has worked for south indian cuisines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
