Alpha Smart Class is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive student enrollments, build robust relationships with schools and parents, and expand the institute’s reach in both online and offline education markets. The candidate will play a key role in promoting academic programs, generating leads, and contributing to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Promote Alpha Smart Class courses and educational programs to students and parents.
Generate leads through school visits, seminars, social media, telecalling, and field marketing.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, batches, and career guidance.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain solid relationships with schools,



coaching partners, and local communities.
Conduct follow-ups with interested students and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for promotional campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and student interactions.
Assist in organizing workshops, demo classes, and educational events.
Represent Alpha Smart Class professionally during meetings and promotional activities.

Pay: ₹11,529.06 - ₹40,970.57 per month
