Job Summary

The Vehicle Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring that all company vehicles are maintained in excellent working condition. The role involves coordinating preventive and breakdown maintenance, monitoring vehicle health, maintaining service records, and minimizing vehicle downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all vehicles.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and breakdown maintenance with vendors and workshops.
Maintain accurate service history and maintenance records.
Monitor vehicle fitness certificates, insurance, pollution certificates (PUC), permits, and other statutory documents.
Inspect vehicles regularly to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance.
Track maintenance costs and prepare monthly reports.
Coordinate with drivers and operations teams regarding vehicle issues.
Ensure timely replacement of spare parts and consumables.
Verify repair bills and vendor invoices.
Monitor fuel efficiency and identify maintenance-related issues affecting vehicle performance.
Ensure compliance with company safety and maintenance standards.
Support emergency vehicle breakdown assistance whenever required.

Required Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering,



or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in fleet or vehicle maintenance.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations is preferred.

Required Skills
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Understanding of commercial vehicle operations.
Robust coordination and vendor management skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and maintenance tracking systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Vehicle safety and statutory compliance.
Accuracy of maintenance records and reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
