Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers / Student Relationship Executives to connect with prospective students and parents, understand their educational goals, explain study abroad opportunities, and schedule counselling appointments for our counsellors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Calling & Follow-Up
Contact students and parents from the provided database.
Explain study abroad prospects for UG, PG, MBBS, Engineering, and other programs.
Understand student requirements, academic background, and career goals.
Answer basic queries regarding admissions, countries, universities, fees, scholarships, and visa processes.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested students and parents.
Student Profiling
Collect and update student information:
Name
Course / Stream
Academic Qualification
Year of Study / Graduation
Preferred Country
Budget
Career Interest
Identify genuinely interested students.
Maintain accurate student records.
Appointment Scheduling
Schedule counselling appointments for Academic Advisors.
Coordinate online and offline counselling sessions.
Send reminders and confirmations.
WhatsApp & CRM Management
Share brochures, university profiles, and event invitations through WhatsApp.
Maintain communication records in CRM/Excel.
Update lead status regularly.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
