Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
Conduct product presentations and explain solar solutions to prospective customers.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the solar industry or a related field is preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Robust communication, negotiation,



and leadership skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business development (preferred).
