Job Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can not only manage paid campaigns but also contribute to the overall marketing strategy. This role requires someone who can drive growth through performance marketing, improve organic visibility via SEO, and eventually lead marketing initiatives and a team.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels
Monitor and improve ROI, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Manage and allocate budgets effectively across channels
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies
Optimize website content, landing pages, and product pages
Execute on-page and off-page SEO (meta tags, backlinks, internal linking)
Track rankings, traffic, and performance using Google Analytics & Search Console
Analytics & Reporting




Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
Identify growth opportunities and optimization strategies
Marketing & Strategy (Key Add-On)
Contribute to overall marketing strategy and planning
Align performance campaigns with brand and business goals
Coordinate with content/design teams
Gradually take ownership of marketing initiatives
Team Leadership (Future Scope)
Assist in managing and mentoring junior team members
Help build processes and scale marketing operations

Key Skills Required
Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
Solid understanding of SEO (On-page & Off-page)
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush (or similar tools)
Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, tagging
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of content marketing
Ability to think strategically, not just execute

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
