Receive, review, and process customer orders for gold jewelry, bullion, coins, and other precious metal products.
Verify order details, including product specifications, purity (e.g., 18K, 22K), weight, quantity, pricing, and customer information.
Generate sales orders, invoices, delivery challans, and shipping documentation in the system.
Track order status from confirmation through dispatch and delivery, providing regular updates to internal teams and customers.
Maintain accurate order records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Ensure all transactions comply with company SOPs, hallmarking requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Resolve order-related issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
