Job Description – Supervisor (Kitchen & Housekeeping) Company: Haritha Wellness Private Limited Location: Sadashivpet, Telangana Position Kitchen & Housekeeping Supervisor Job Summary Haritha Wellness Private Limited is looking for a responsible and organized Kitchen & Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen hygiene, housekeeping operations, and cleanliness standards across the wellness center. The ideal candidate should ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests while managing support staff efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily kitchen and housekeeping operations. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation. Monitor food preparation areas and dining spaces for cleanliness. Assign daily duties and supervise housekeeping staff. Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and kitchen supplies. Ensure rooms, therapy areas, common spaces, and washrooms are clean and well-maintained. Train staff on hygiene, safety, and cleaning procedures. Prepare duty schedules and monitor staff attendance.



Coordinate with management to resolve maintenance and operational issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards. Requirements Minimum 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping or kitchen supervision. Positive leadership and team management skills. Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices. Ability to communicate in Telugu; knowledge of Hindi or English is an advantage. Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented. Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.
