Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Coordinate with service and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.
Prepare technical reports and maintain service records.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality technical support.
Follow company safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant technical support or service experience.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills.
Willingness to travel locally if required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
