Hiring Alert: City Head – POSP Channel (Insurance)

We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented City Head – POSP Channel to lead our insurance distribution network and drive business growth.

Experience:

5–10 Years

Industry:

Insurance Broking / Life Insurance / General Insurance

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and manage a strong network of POSPs.
Drive sales across Life, General, and Health Insurance products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Conduct training and ensure continuous activation and engagement of POSPs.
Build robust relationships with partners and coordinate with internal teams.
Monitor business performance, market trends, and MIS reporting.

Who Should Apply?
Graduates with 5+ years of experience in insurance distribution or channel sales.




Prior experience in handling POSP or Agency channels.
Strong knowledge of insurance products and local market.
Excellent leadership, networking, and relationship management skills.
