About the Internship Role
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR and leadership team to support talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain real-world HR experience in a dynamic digital environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Maintain and update HR databases and reports
Help with employee engagement initiatives
Contribute to employer branding and internship program planning
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, or Business
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
