Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team at Olegio Gastronomy Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Recommend menu items and promote special offers
Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and dining area
Handle cash, POS systems, and billing procedures efficiently
Restock supplies and report inventory needs
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints professionally
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum high school qualification (preferred)




Prior experience as a barista or in food service is an advantage
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented attitude
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
