Roles
Perform precision soldering of PCBAs and electronic components in accordance with work instructions, IPC standards, and quality requirements.
Inspect solder joints, identify defects, and carry out rework or repairs to ensure product reliability and functionality.
Operate and maintain soldering tools, equipment, and workstations while following ESD and safety procedures.
Record production activities, report quality issues promptly, and support continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets.

Requirements
0 to 6 month experience in Soldering.
Freshers with Diploma or ITI can apply. (No BE/BTech)
Should have basic soldering skills.

Work Culture
Permanent and On-roll employment
5 days working with general shifts (9 to 6pm)
