• Set up and operate the Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) as per engineering drawings, job cards, and process sheets.
Select and fit appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, jigs, and fixtures for each machining operation.
Load and unload raw material/components, ensuring correct clamping, alignment, and datum setting.
Select or call the correct CNC program; make minor tool/work offset corrections as needed during the run.
Monitor the machining cycle continuously and adjust feed/speed parameters to maintain quality and tool life.
Carry out in-process and final inspection using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, dial gauge, etc.) to ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerance compliance.
Perform routine machine care: cleaning, lubrication, coolant top-up, and basic troubleshooting; report major faults promptly.
Maintain production and inspection records, log sheets, and report machine downtime or rejections to the shift supervisor.

Follow standard safety procedures and 5S practices; keep the work area clean and organised

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
