We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS Executive to support the Assisted Buying Team with centralized reporting and performance monitoring. This role will ensure timely delivery of accurate data and insights that help drive decision-making, improve productivity, and strengthen business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful intelligence while ensuring robust data governance and reporting efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage internal reporting frameworks for the Assisted Buying function
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and standardized data consolidation across systems
Provide performance insights to enable faster operational decisions
Support business planning and forecasting through structured data analytics
Maintain dashboards and reporting repositories for department visibility
Collaborate with the team to identify improvement opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree
1–3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, or Sales/Business Analytics roles
Solid proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM and BI tools preferred
Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions with solid ownership mindset
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
