We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand's presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, social media management, audience engagement, and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Design basic creatives, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Monitor social media trends and identify prospects for growth.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and the marketing team.
Assist in managing paid social media campaigns when required.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of photography, videography, and reel creation is a plus.

Preferred Skills
Content writing and copywriting.
Basic graphic design.
Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
Understanding of social media analytics and trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
