Roles & Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, technical guides, release notes, and white papers.
Research and incorporate relevant keywords, balancing technical accuracy and SEO best practices.
Create and manage content for knowledge bases, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm social media content aligned with brand objectives.
Write engaging content, captions, and copies for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
Create and manage newsletter content, including subject lines, email copies, announcements, company updates, blogs, and campaign-related communication.
Develop tutorials, how-to articles, and other instructional content for technical audiences.
Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical information into user-friendly content.
Collaborate with product and development teams to align content with product features and updates.
Define and implement content standards, templates, and best practices.
Develop content plans aligned with organizational goals and timelines,



identifying and addressing gaps in existing documentation.
Review and proofread content for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and style, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Manage and update content repositories with version control and publish content using CMS tools.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars with end-to-end content ideas, ensuring timely and relevant communication across platforms.
Stay updated on industry developments, audience engagement trends, and emerging social media platforms to support effective and consistent digital communication
Monitor content performance using analytics and user feedback to continuously optimize documentation based on audience needs and industry trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
