Lumoz (lumoz.in) is a Mumbai-based creative agency where strategy meets design to create bold, impactful communication. We are growing our design team and are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can bring strong creative energy, leadership, and execution skills to the table.

What You’ll Do
Lead design projects from concept to execution across digital, print, social, and campaign assets.
Create compelling visuals and layouts that align with brand strategy.
Develop and edit videos, motion graphics, and short-form content for campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the team and clients to bring ideas to life.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a high-performance design team.
Push creative boundaries and bring fresh, bold ideas into every project.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with proven exposure to video editing and motion graphics.
A strong and diversified portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, branding, print, and motion/AV work.
Excellent visualization and conceptualization skills — ability to turn briefs into powerful creative ideas.
Strong grasp of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
A proactive team player and natural leader who can guide projects and junior members.




Someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency workplace.

Eligibility
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate at your own expense.
Must be able to commute easily to Andheri without hassles.

Compensation

Up to ₹6 LPA, depending on skills and experience.
