Site Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to support our Modular Kitchen and Interior Design projects. The Site Engineer will assist in overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring that tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications.

This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of site experience who are eager to build their career in the interior and modular kitchen industry.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising and monitoring daily site activities related to interior and modular kitchen work.
Support in maintaining project quality, safety, and timeline standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper material usage, workmanship, and progress.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers to ensure smooth execution of work.
Assist with material planning, requisition,



and inventory tracking.
Provide site updates and report issues to the project manager or senior engineer.
Participate in site meetings and help resolve basic in office challenges.

Requirements
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Basic understanding of interior work, materials, and finishes.
Ability to read and understand basic drawings or plans.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle field challenges.
Knowledge of AutoCAD or MS Office is an added advantage.
