Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Holiday Consultant to join our team in Edappal. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry and be able to assist clients in planning and booking holiday packages.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in planning domestic and international holiday packages.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
Handle enquiries through calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and package details.
Coordinate flight, hotel, visa, and transport bookings.




Follow up with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
Stay updated on travel destinations, offers, and industry trends.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Holiday Consultant or in the travel industry.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of holiday packages, travel bookings, and itinerary planning.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with travel booking systems are preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
