Requirements
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or field hiring.
Experience in bulk hiring or blue-collar hiring is preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for recruitment activities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
