Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain courses and programs offered by Catalyst Education.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
Schedule counseling sessions and maintain accurate CRM records.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and sales teams for smooth lead management.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience in EdTech, telecalling, or customer service is an added advantage.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge is preferred.
