Responsibilities and Duties
Promote an interest and love for the language among Learners
Plan and prepare teaching material in advance of lessons, liaising with facilitators to ensure the material is in harmony with each curriculum
Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and promote oral communication in learners.
Ability to include Hindi songs, rhymes, poems and drama within lessons;
Excellent interpersonal skills – self-confidence, listening and communication skills, empathy and authority;
Ability to teach in differentiated ways to meet the needs of all pupils
Ability to present the subject creatively
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to cope with pressure
Self-motivated and responsible;
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently;





Qualification:

Masters Degree in Hindi or similar credentials.

Excellent speaking skills with a positive accent and fluency.

Must be well read and possess positive knowledge in the language.

Flexibility and positivity in attitude to work, with the sense of humour that is essential to the role.

Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
