Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates from various job portals and social media.
Conduct initial interviews and schedule further interview rounds.
Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Manage job postings and employer branding activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Experience in recruitment is preferred (Freshers with solid communication skills may also apply).
Knowledge of MS Office and online hiring platforms.
