Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall daily operations of the showroom.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
Maintain proper visual merchandising and store displays.
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports.
Prevent stock loss through effective inventory control.
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and complies with company standards.
Analyze sales performance and prepare management reports.
Coordinate with suppliers and the head office regarding stock and promotional activities.
Implement marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
3–5 years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Working Conditions
Full-time position.
Adaptable shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Standing and walking for extended periods may be required.
Fast-paced retail setting.
Experience in a garments, fashion, or apparel showroom is preferred.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
