We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Digital Marketing & Creative Manager to lead Sonrisa's digital presence across social media, paid advertising, content creation, and brand communication. This role combines performance marketing, creative design, content strategy, social media management, and analytics. You will be responsible for creating engaging campaigns, designing high-converting creatives, managing Meta and Google advertising, collaborating with influencers, and driving measurable business growth. The ideal candidate is someone who can think like a marketer, design like a creative qualified, and analyze like a performance marketer. Responsibilities

Manage Meta & Google Ads Design creatives in Photoshop, Illustrator & Canva

Create content calendars Manage Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn

Track ROAS, CTR, CPC and conversions

Prepare performance reports Coordinate with marketing & ecommerce teams

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
