About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as an OTA Trainee. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Hotel Front Office, Reservations, or Guest Relations who want to build a career in hotel distribution, online sales, and revenue management.

No prior experience in OTA management is required. You will receive hands-on training and work closely with experienced professionals to learn how leading hotels manage their online bookings and maximise revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing hotel listings across OTA platforms.
Support daily updates of room rates and availability.




Coordinate with hotel front office teams regarding reservations.
Handle booking modifications and guest queries.
Maintain accurate reservation records.
Prepare daily and weekly reports.
Learn and implement OTA best practices under supervision.

Who We're Looking For
0–2 years of experience in Hotel Front Office, Reservations, or Guest Relations.
Hotel Management graduates or candidates from the hospitality industry are preferred.
Good computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Solid communication and organisational skills.
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
