Job Summary:We are looking for an active and dedicated Tally Operator / Accounts Assistant to join our office at C K Sah & Co. The primary role will involve managing daily data entry, billing, and maintaining day-to-day accounts accurately on Tally software. Local candidates from Hasimara and nearby areas will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately entering daily Sales, Purchase, Cash, and Bank transactions into Tally Prime / ERP 9.
Entering invoices, bills, and purchase chalans carefully into the computer system.
Maintaining proper records of office files and daily cash transactions.
Preparing basic reports and sheets using MS Excel.
Assisting senior staff with ongoing accounting tasks.
Requirements:
Education: Commerce Graduate (B.Com) or a diploma/certificate in accounting.
Software Skills: Positive hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Speed & Accuracy: Valuable computer typing speed and high data entry accuracy to avoid errors.
Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers who have successfully completed a Tally course are welcome to apply).
Locality: Candidates residing in Hasimara, Jaigaon, Alipurduar, or nearby locations.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
