Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Bengaluru(Restaurants/Hotels/Hospitality sector preferable ). The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of HR management and HR operations, including employee relations, Recruitment,Training and Development, HR policies, and overall HR strategy implementation.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR Management and HR Operations and Recruitment.
Ability to effectively manage employee relations and employee engagement .
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team membersRole Description

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
