CarboX is looking for a confident and friendly Customer Support Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our car detailing services, answer inquiries, and book appointments. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-first approach.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers.
Explain CarboX services and ongoing offers.
Schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills (Malayalam required; English/Hindi is a plus).
Basic computer and phone handling skills.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
