As we expand our operations with a new office in Kurukshetra, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our regional sales strategy and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the Kurukshetra region.
Identify and pursue new business prospects in residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
Build and lead a high-performing sales team; mentor and train junior sales staff.
Generate and convert leads through field visits, client meetings, and telephonic communication.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPC partners, and government stakeholders.




Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, project documentation, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, energy, or infrastructure sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel across the region as required.
Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
