Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to contact potential customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls from customers.
Explain company products and services effectively.
Generate and qualify leads through phone calls.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-up.
Maintain a qualified and positive attitude during customer interactions.





Required Qualifications
12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or Customer Support Executive.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under target-based settings.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
