Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate VMC CNC machines.
Load raw materials and fixtures into the machine.
Read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints.
Input or verify CNC programs and offsets.
Select appropriate cutting tools and machine parameters.
Monitor machining operations for quality and accuracy.
Measure finished parts using measuring instruments such as:
Vernier caliper
Micrometer
Height gauge
Bore gauge
Perform tool changes and minor machine adjustments.
Inspect finished components to ensure tolerance compliance.
Maintain machine cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance.
Record production data and inspection reports.
Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.

Required Skills
Knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations
Understanding of G-code and M-code basics
Ability to read mechanical drawings
Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
Basic troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and quality control
Positive teamwork and communication
