Generate new business prospects for security services through field visits, calls, and networking.
Identify potential clients such as companies, factories, residential societies, and commercial establishments.
Approach and meet prospective clients to understand their security requirements.
Present company services and propose suitable manpower solutions.
Prepare and share quotations in coordination with management.
Follow up with clients for closure of deals and finalization of contracts.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and convert them into business
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding of current clients.
Ensure proper handover of client requirements after closure.
Maintain record of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide market feedback and identify new business opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
