We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Lead you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Marketing and Creative departments.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Overseeing the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
Analyse competitor activity
Recommend improvements to increase performance
Manage a budget for social media activities
Work with internal & external stakeholders
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Track, analyze and make recommendations to account for current or revised content; optimise for SEO
Analyze online statistics; overall trends and subsets by Sites/Rating/Keywords, identify on-going trends
Provide monthly and quarterly analysis to the senior management
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies




Influencer marketing
Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drives the TG to our sites and generate leads
Conduct competitive analysis studies on client competitors, including digital footprint analysis.
Define most significant social media KPIs to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Experience in a social media or digital agency
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Excellent multitasking skills
