About Soham Retreat

Soham Retreat is a peaceful yoga and healing retreat in Rishikesh, welcoming guests from around the world. We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Retreat Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the retreat and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the retreat and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience.
Coordinate retreat schedules with yoga teachers, therapists, kitchen, housekeeping, and support staff.
Supervise staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and service.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Manage bookings, payments, guest records, and basic administrative tasks.
Coordinate with vendors, manage inventory, and assist with procurement.
Ensure the retreat maintains a calm, welcoming, and well-organized setting at all times.

Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, guest house, or retreat management.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.




Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, email, and online booking systems.
Friendly, reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
Experience working with international guests is an advantage.

Education
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Preferred Education: MBA, or a Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business Management.
