KiddiCove by Deep Connection is a hybrid therapy centre providing online and offline therapies for neuro-divergent children. We are hiring for a therapist with experience of having worked with neuro-divergent children.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver special education session online and offline
Conduct Assessments
Contribute to the design and execution of special education projects focused based on latest global best practices.
Create concise IEPs/ILPs. reports, summaries, and therapy plans
Adhere strictly to ethical standards and ensure complete confidentiality at all times.
Join and actively participate in relevant workshops, training programs, seminars, and conferences.
Engage in regular check-ins, supervision, and feedback sessions with assigned mentors.
Show initiative by deepening knowledge and actively sharing ideas during team discussions.
REQUIREMENTS:
A Master’s degree in Psychology or an Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling with B.Ed. in Special Education. RCI license preferred.
Excellent spoken communication skills with the ability to engage in structured debate.
Previous experience working with children will be considered an added advantage.
