We are looking for a dedicated HRM Faculty to deliver engaging and practical training in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, valuable communication skills, and a passion for teaching and student development.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical sessions in Human Resource Management.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments.
Guide students on HR concepts, recruitment, payroll, HRMS, employee relations, and labor laws.
Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
Assist with placement activities and career guidance.
Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
Qualifications
MBA in Human Resource Management.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and HRMS tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
