Role Overview
As a Chef at Cravin’ by Andy, we are looking for a disciplined, creatively inclined culinary skilled who is passionate about health-focused and gourmet cooking. This role requires a high level of precision, as you will be working with unique ingredients to maintain the premium quality our brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Station Management: Lead the daily preparation (mise-en-place) and service for assigned sections, ensuring all standards are strictly met.
Quality Control: Maintain consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all signature dishes and pantry essentials according to established recipes.
Inventory & Wastage:
Monitor stock levels of specialized ingredients and minimize wastage.
Food Safety: Uphold hygiene standards and ensure the kitchen remains compliant with all local health and safety regulations.
Menu Support: Assist in the testing of recent seasonal recipes and provide feedback on ingredient performance.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: 2–4 years of skilled kitchen experience. Previous experience in a bakery, cafe, or a plant-based kitchen is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong knife skills, knowledge of vegan baking substitutes, and familiarity with high-end kitchen equipment.
Soft Skills: A positive "can-do" attitude, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively during high-pressure service hours.
Education: A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management is an advantage, but not mandatory if practical experience is strong.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
