Required Skills / Experience /Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology (or equivalent) or related work experience.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification ( Valid certification is mandatory)
3+ years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, deployment, and administration
Relevant experience in ServiceNow configuration & administration with Strong understanding of ServiceNow Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages
Expertise with Web technologies such as SOAP, WSDL, REST, JavaScript, XML, HTML, JSON, PowerShell, AngularJS, LDAP, MS AD.
Experience with ITSM, ITBM, ITOM.
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Experience with Service Portal and Automations across the ServiceNow platform
Experience with Performance Analytics, Platform Analytics and external reporting tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Domo).
Experience with CMDB, and integration with other external modules
Solid team player with a "can do” attitude
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
Ability to contribute to and lead projects following Agile methodology
Process and detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive




Ability to deliver solutions to improve and automate complex and/or critical business processes
Strong skilled and interpersonal skills including: creative problem solving, effective written and verbal communications, planned and organized coordination of cross functional teams, acute attention to detail and quality, and driven with the ability to self-manage.

Ability to multi-task across project/initiatives and deliver according to time commitments and manage competing priorities across project and operational assignments
Combined features of Team Player and ability to manage and prioritize numerous competing initiatives of varying complexity with minimal supervision
Must be a self-starter and keen to explore current solutions.
Robust analytical skills with an attention to detail and accuracy
