We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and E-commerce Assistant to join our team. This role combines warehouse logistics with e-commerce operations, supporting the smooth running of our online and physical inventory. The ideal candidate will assist with order fulfillment, stock management, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, ensure products are organized, labeled, and available for online and warehouse orders.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and dispatch e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
Receiving Shipments: Unload, inspect, and properly store incoming products and shipments.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space to ensure smooth daily operations.
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries related to e-commerce orders, tracking information, and product availability.
Coordination with Couriers:
Liaise with shipping companies and couriers to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
Data Entry: Update inventory levels and order information in the system to maintain accurate records.
Product Listings: Assist in uploading current products, updating descriptions, and managing product listings on e-commerce platforms.
Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards before packing and shipping.
Software Utilization: Use inventory management and e-commerce platforms such as [insert relevant software] for day-to-day operations.
