Responsibilities and Duties

Preparing Bills with certification of Client & Subcontractor bills.

*Quantity take for Pretendering & Posttendering.
*Reviewing&studyofstructural;&architecturaldrawingsdeeply.;
*Sitevisitingandpreparingmeasurementsheetsaspersiteprogresspriortobilling.
*Inspectingtheexecutedworkspriortotakingapprovalfromconsultant.
*PreparingInterimPaymentCertificate(IPC)orProgressBillingtoClient.
*EvaluatingandpreparingPaymentCertificatefromsubcontractor’sclaims.
*QuantitycalculatingfromScheduleofFinishes(ordrawings)priortoBOQpreparation.
*Liaisoningwithconsultantstotakeeffectivedecisionsrelatingtotechnicaland
Contractualmatters.
*Monitoringtheprogressofworkondailybasis.
*Preparing&FinalizeDeviation;&Extraitemstatement.;
*Keepingcontrolonpurchaseofmaterialsaccordingtodrawing&changeindrawing.;
*PreparingExcessSavingstatementonthebasisofdrawingavailability.
*MaintainingCo-ordination&reportingtotheTopManagement.;




*MaintainingtheCoordinationwiththeExecutionDepartment,PlanningDept.&
PurchaseDept.Forthesmoothflowofwork.

*CoordinatingwithContractors&alltheagencies;&conductingweeklymeeting;
regardingtheProgressoftheworkasperschedulesubmittedbythecontractor.
*AssisttheArchitect.Preparingdrawings,Estimates,BarbendingSchedule&Valuations.;
*Preparationofweekly&monthlyreportswithQuantities;&Cost;

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

DCE/BE,Civil

03 to 8 Yrs Exp of Industrial building construction Experience.
