Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)

Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand

Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory) / MBA (Preferred)

Experience: 3–5 Years in Sales

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Manage daily sales operations and monitor team performance.
Set, track, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop strategies to generate new business and increase market share.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance.
Prepare sales reports and coordinate with senior management.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.

Requirements:




Graduation is mandatory; MBA preferred.
3–5 years of sales experience with proven team handling experience.
Strong experience in sales target planning and performance management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
