Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Blue Collar Recruiter to manage bulk hiring for FMCG, Food Processing, and Retail operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing frontline workforce requirements within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles across FMCG, Food Processing, and Retail.
Source candidates through job portals, field sourcing, referrals, consultants, and local hiring channels.
Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closures.
Organize walk-in drives, mass hiring campaigns, and job fairs.




Coordinate with operations and HR teams for onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS and achieve monthly hiring targets.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Blue Collar Recruitment.
Prior hiring experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Retail, Manufacturing, or QSR is preferred.
Robust sourcing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage high-volume hiring and meet aggressive recruitment timelines.
